This website is operated by Yurii Kupyna. By booking or purchasing any service through this site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

I offer creative services including, but not limited to:
– UGC video content production
– Lighting consultations
– Video editing
– One-on-one creative sessions and coaching

All services are clearly described prior to purchase. If you have questions about what’s included, contact me before payment.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Full payment is required to confirm any booking or deliverables.
No cash payments are accepted unless agreed in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

– You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before a session.
– Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
– If I have to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or a new time slot.

4. Delivery

Digital deliverables (videos, PDFs, feedback) will be delivered via email, cloud links, or platforms like Patreon or Notion.
Delivery times will be communicated in advance, based on the nature of the service.

5. Copyright & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed, I retain rights to use delivered work in my portfolio and social media (with respect for your privacy).
You are free to use the work for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes.
UGC videos may not be resold, altered, or sublicensed without prior consent.

6. Communication

All formal communication will take place via email or DM (Instagram). I’m not responsible for missed messages due to incorrect contact info.

7. Legal Stuff

This business operates under EU and Irish regulations.
By using this site, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
